Well I finished the How to PDF, but I can't upload it. I actually do not know how.Grrr

Well I just finished the How to PDF, but can't upload it. I actually do not know how. I can not find it in the Admin Panel. Well it shows me that link but it is not showing up. And it is there but not working. I do not want to do it using code because I will have to deal with that every time using server access. Waahhhh!!!! Actually I want to make it so that anyone involved with the Admin panel can do it on their own.

Working on correcting this. Hopefully done by tomorrow.

We also need to fix one of our titles and links on the bottom of the site.
